Elisha Talley is an accomplished leader in drug development with 30 years of experience and a strong reputation for delivering innovative, strategic solutions. As a founding member of Launch Therapeutics, she built and led a high-performing operations team, driving the timely and successful execution of multiple development programs.

Prior to Launch Tx, Elisha spent 14 years at PPD in various leadership roles, including Head of Development Operations, where she managed a clinical trial portfolio valued at $3.5 billion. She was also a founding member and Head of Operations for PPD Biotech, developing an industry-leading operating model that accelerated project cycle times and fueled significant business growth. Additionally, she served as the global head of the Infectious and Respiratory Disease delivery teams, leading multiple successful NDA and BLA approvals.
