Haley has successfully led global mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructures, and high-growth initiatives, and has served in board-level advisory roles. Known for her strategic mindset and pragmatic approach, she brings deep expertise in talent management and cultural integration, and has a keen interest in providing leadership development for senior leaders.

Haley is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), holds a BSc in Business and Finance, and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources.
