Johann has over 20 years of experience in leadership finance roles in the semiconductor, software and pharmaceutical industries. He began his career at Ernst & Young, a public accounting firm and progressed in leadership roles at companies such as Symantec, Actel, Vivus and SFJ Pharmaceuticals. Throughout his career, Johann has demonstrated successful cross functional collaboration, developed high-performing teams, overseen significant improvements in the quality and process surrounding financial reporting, led meaningful cost saving initiatives and implemented effective internal control environments. Johann received his accounting qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Glasgow, UK and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts.
